Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Free Worldwide Delivery
We offer FREE worldwide express shipping for orders placed on our website. All orders are shipped via 4px and take an average of 5-10 business days (not including weekends and public holidays) to be received once dispatched from our warehouse.
Our standard shipping partner is 4PX. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 5-10 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and other external factors.
Expedited Shipping Options
We understand that sometimes you may need your order sooner. If you require expedited shipping via DHL or UPS, please contact us at info@watchzest.com before placing your order. We will provide you with a quote for the additional shipping costs and make the necessary arrangements if you choose to proceed.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations regarding P.O. Boxes. If we anticipate any issues shipping to your P.O. Box, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping arrangements.

watchzest is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
watchzest is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
