Warranty Policy
Preface
Thank you for purchasing from WatchZest.
Each watch includes an international warranty booklet. Please keep this booklet and your proof of purchase in a safe place, as they are required for warranty service.
International Warranty Coverage
WatchZest provides a 24-month international warranty for all watches purchased from our website.
- The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
- This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that existed at the time of delivery.
- Warranty service is provided free of charge during the warranty period, subject to the conditions below.
The warranty is valid only if:
- The warranty certificate is dated, fully completed, and correctly filled out
- The certificate is issued by an authorized WatchZest dealer or WatchZest directly
- A valid proof of purchase is presented when requesting service
Warranty Service
During the warranty period, if a covered defect is confirmed, WatchZest will, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective watch at no cost, or
- Replace the watch with the same model or a model of comparable value and characteristics if repair is not possible
If a replacement watch is provided, the replacement watch will be covered for 24 months from the original purchase date, not from the replacement date.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
- Scratches on the crystal or case
- Aging or discoloration of materials
- Wear of non-metallic straps or components (leather, rubber, textile)
- Plating wear or peeling

Damage caused by improper use, including:
- Abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidents (impact, crushing, dents, broken crystal, water damage due to improper use)
- Failure to follow care or usage instructions

Unauthorized repairs or modifications, including:
- Repairs performed by non-authorized service providers
- Alterations that change the original condition of the watch
- Incidental or consequential damages, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws

This warranty provides specific rights.
You may also have additional statutory rights depending on your country or region, which are not limited or excluded by this warranty.
